Parts Manager
Olds, AB.

The Parts Manager role in Olds is an exciting opportunity to join a growing experienced team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Agriculture Equipment Industry, the drive to provide excellent customer service, and provide leadership & coaching experience within the team.

You will be responsible for:

Fully utilizing the automated inventory control system and ensure company procedures are embraced and implemented.
Fostering a great atmosphere of pride of ones work, and providing excellent customer service.
Developing relationships with our clients to grow sales.
Developing the skill and knowledge of all Parts Department personnel.
Key accountabilities for the position:

1. Assist customers by properly identifying needed items, using parts catalogs, price items and print tickets

2. Distribute special order parts by following through on installation or delivery to customers

3. Make necessary entries to inventory control system assuring proper records are kept with current pricing, as well as the recording and entering of special orders.

4. Participate in the preparation of the annual parts return to the manufacturer

6. Maintain safe work habits.

7. Always properly track lost sales and follow up with the customer

What you will need to Join Our Team:

Passion in Agriculture is required
Journeyman status as Parts Technician is preferred but experience will also be considered
3-5 years’ experience in a management role within a Parts Department is preferred
